S&S offers quality component level repair. All telephones are refurbished complete with 12' handset cord, 7' line cord, plastic lenses, designation strips, and packaged in a new box. All repaired product is backed by a one year warranty. (with the exception of cordless phones, which have a 60 day warranty)
Shipping equipment for repair is as easy as printing the repair form pdf, filling it out and shipping to the address on it. No RA numbers are required.

What does refurbished mean? It means that the item has been thoroughly tested by a team of technicians that have spent years learning what types of problems to look for with your product. Parts that are known to go bad are replaced as standard procedure, before they have a chance to fail at your office. Buttons are cleaned or replaced as needed. Telephones are cleaned, polished, then tested again to make sure everything works properly.
Most telephones look very good after going through the normal refurbishing process. Some types have a tendency to yellow after time. We may have new plastic housings for your phone depending on the model. In this case you would be contacted to offer a new housing for an additional $15.00 for the telephone in question.
