Rick has been in the telecommunications industry for over 21 years. After technical school for electronics, he started in the industry in as a bench technician, repairing telephones. From there he became the service manager at ESI Communications. Rick started S&S Communications with his partner, Tim Smith in 1996.

Tim has been in the industry for over 17 years. After school for electronics, he began working as a telephone technician. From there he became a service technician with ESI Communications before beginning S&S Communications.

Andy has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 14 years. He has been in the technical department at S&S Communications for the last 8 years, repairing telephones and system equipment.

After completing tech school for Electronics Repair, Greg joined the S&S Communications technical staff. Greg has been working for S&S for over 2 years, repairing telephones and system equipment.
